CareerPilot

CareerPilot is a full-stack job and internship application management platform. It includes public job pages, application tracking, hiring pipelines, interview scheduling, candidate ratings, internal notes, CSV export, email notifications, and admin analytics.

Overview

Applicants and hiring teams need structured ways to track applications, statuses, interviews, and candidate information. CareerPilot combines candidate-facing tracking with HR/admin workflows in a REST API-backed dashboard.

My role

Built React client workflows and Express REST APIs.
Modeled users, jobs, and applications in MongoDB.
Implemented auth, resume upload links, hiring statuses, notes, and analytics-oriented UI.
